01Agreeing to these terms

By downloading or playing Halovault you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

02Your license

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play Halovault for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

03Gilt and atelier pieces

Gilt is earned only by playing: opening seals, gathering pips, descending the Spire and clearing the Daily Seal. It is used only inside the game for atelier pieces and the Spire's second chance. Gilt and everything it unlocks has no real-world value. It cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the game.

04No purchases, no accounts

Halovault has no paid in-app purchases, subscriptions, accounts or online services. Every seal and gallery opens through play. Progress lives on your device and is lost if you delete the app or use Reset Progress.

05Fair play

Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with Halovault or its saved data, and do not redistribute, resell or republish the app or any part of it.

06Ownership

The game, including its code, artwork, music, sound effects, names and design, belongs to its developer. Your license lets you play the game. It does not give you ownership of any of it.

07As-is

Halovault is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost progress, arising from use of the app.

08Audience

Halovault is a family-friendly game for general audiences, with no chat, no user-generated content and no in-app links.

09Updates to the terms

These terms may change as the game changes. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to play after an update means you accept it. How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10Contact

Halovault is developed by Wolff Patrick. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@cinnabarcoil.click.
